Oquendo Mezz II has completed its first investment of the second fund through a loan to Transport Sanitari de Catalunya (“TSC”).
TSC is the leading provider medical transport services in Catalonia and Aragon. It also operates in Balearic islands, Canary islands and UK. It employs 1,550 workers and operates 450 ambulances.
The purpose of the loan is part of the TSC’s growth strategy through acquisitions, making the Group the first ambulance operator in Spain.
